Lifelong love is pushed to its limits in this powerful tale of a couple struggling with dementia. John, unable to do anything as he watches his wife’s mental faculties deteriorate, becomes visibly more aggressive and begins to loose control. This is witnessed by elderly asian neighbour Arathi from over the fence who has to decide wether to try and help or not interfere while tensions increase. Beautifully filmed by Brian Tufano (DP of Billy Elliot, East is East and Trainspotting) this short gives a unique and empathetic look at this frustrating and confusing disease.
